Biomass briquette machine, also known as wood powder forming machine, can be divided into wood chip briquette machine, rice husk briquette machine, sawdust briquette machine, etc. This equipment is the main forming equipment for producing machine made charcoal. It can compress granular waste materials such as bamboo, wood, fruit shells, and straw (excluding rice straw and wheat straw) with a moisture content of less than 12% (length ≤ 5mm, diameter ≤ 3mm) into solid fuel rods with central holes through high-temperature and high-pressure processes without any binder.

This machine adopts a temperature regulating indicator, which can operate stably at the set temperature and has the advantages of reasonable structure and simple operation and maintenance. The solid fuel produced by this machine is prone to ignition, has a high calorific value (more than 20% higher than ordinary wood), and has less pollutants during combustion. Its specific gravity is convenient for storage and transportation. Being able to fully utilize agricultural and forestry residues and alleviate the contradiction of energy shortage in agriculture and forestry.
The working principle of the biomass briquette machine:
Utilizing the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through spiral extrusion, the lignin in the wood raw materials is plasticized under high temperature and pressure to combine fine fibers, forming a rod-shaped solid fuel.
